  • The Immersive Gastronomy enhances their gustative process through an artistic setup, while its contents are also mobilizing thought.

Immersive gastronomy contains actors and characters who bring the food to life, telling a story or interacting with guests while they immerse in an artistic environment surrounded by food.

Eating alone is meditation, eating in company is communion/ritual.

    Creating the Experience

    -Know your purpose

    -Tell a story

    -Engage the senses

    -Technology

    -Personalize the experience.

    -Incorporate visitor interactions

-Food of thought, thought of food

    -Dialogue, communication among of participants

  • An experience that elicits the realistic feeling of being in a space created to stimulate the audience's senses.

The Immersive Environment places the body in a space and time to use senses as mediators for building memories, and knowledge that connect our time, society, culture and politics.

A realistic feeling of being present in a place created to stimulate the individual's senses, and enhance their aesthetic experience through the medium of art.

The Immersive Environment involves the experience of the body and its senses, to generate an experience that becomes a memory of the body.

    Creating the Environment

    -Choose the space

-Define the global concept and the breakdown of the path

-Create the interactions for each sense

-Set up the hardware to execute those interactions

-Make the environment and the interactions unique..

-Food of thought, thought of food

-Incorporate the feedback (ongoing and posterior) as part of the experience.

  • Gastroperformance is a multi sensorial experience on the various matters that surround the human being during the act of eating. The food’s flavor and preparation are technically worked on as a way to optimize the proposed speech and strengths the gastroperformance aims to trigger. Multidisciplinarity is the essential premise of this concept which unites gastronomy to other disciplines such as design, music, performance, sculpture, painting, among others.

  • The Gastroessay is an artistic experience achieved by a journey of five courses. The idea is to tell stories using food as path, subject and color palette. Within these stories, we plan to expand on the Food of War concept and invite our guests to reflect on the power of food, to consider all the layers of meaning that are hidden in plain sight in the most simple dish.

  • The edible mural, or edible graffiti, is a traveling artistic project with an investigative/creative methodology that aims to create a hybrid between urban art and gastronomy by crafting a mural using edible elements.

It's a highly collaborative project with a community-focused approach, relying heavily on interaction with the community and public participation. It's malleable and adaptable to the geographical context in which it is presented, making it experimental in nature. The edible mural isn't replicated or reproduced... it transforms.

  • The basic premise of the methodology consists in making persons from the communities explore a creative experience which allows them to access the design of an exhibition as a model of approach to the collective.

Action-exhibition is a methodological strategy that promotes the position of the museum outside the museum; it intends to foster cultural practices in the scenarios of social demonstrations and

on the construction of new forms of citizenships. Curators, artists, multidisciplinary collectives and museums, assume their work in the manner of creative encounters, where they act as

    participants catalyzing the experience.
