CHILDREN WITH CANCER

The Food of War artists, Omar Castaneda and Quintina Valero, developed a children's workshop about the gastronomic experience and how to connect it with drawings and paintings. The artists encouraged the children to develop an emotional language using food as a means of expression. The children attending the workshop were all affected by cancer as a consequence of their proximity to Chernobyl.
