Food of War presented the second iteration of their edible mural project, Cooking with the Mouth, at the 48h Neukölln Festival. This participatory artwork encouraged local collaboration, stimulated the senses, and fostered community engagement through food. The mural depicted complex historical and political events, transforming urban space and inviting alternative street art experiences. Discussions on the Holocaust, the Syrian conflict, and the Palestinian occupation, paired with tailored menus, highlighted the vision and responsibility of the artist and community.
