COOKING WITH TULIPS

Andreina Fuentes Angarita, a core member of the collective, hosted a workshop focused on preparing dishes using tulip bulbs as a primary ingredient. During the session, Fuentes Angarita shared not only recipes but also techniques and historical insights into the significance of tulips as an iconic symbol of the Netherlands. She also discussed their role as survival food during a period of famine in the country during one winter of World War II.
