Food of War participated in "In Movimento - Festival delle Migrazioni," recreating their impactful public performance initially unveiled at the 60th Venice Biennale. The event was officially organised by Refugees Welcome Italia.
Aligned with the Biennale's theme, "Foreigners Everywhere," the performance, in collaboration with Arts Connection Foundation, explored migration and its cultural implications. Expats, immigrants, and refugees created a life-sized poem, prompting the audience to reflect on the meaning of "foreigner" and the essence of humanity. This marked the third edition of the performance as part of the “Journey of Labels” project for the Biennale.
